FAQ
Why can’t I cancel on the service website?
If Apple processes the billing, the provider often cannot stop it from their own site. The cancellation usually has to happen in Apple settings.
Will I lose access right away?
Usually you keep access until the end of the current billing period, but the exact timing can vary by offer and platform.
What if the button says there is no active subscription?
That often means the charge came from another Apple ID or from a different billing channel like the provider website, PayPal, or Roku.
Rynlo does not cancel subscriptions for you. Cancellation menus can change, so use the latest instructions in Apple settings if the layout looks different.
