How to cancel subscriptions on Google Play

If the subscription was billed through Google Play, the easiest path is inside the Play Store or your Google account settings.

Cancel it in Google Play

  1. 1.Open the Google Play Store.
  2. 2.Tap your profile icon.
  3. 3.Tap Payments and subscriptions.
  4. 4.Tap Subscriptions.
  5. 5.Choose the subscription you want to stop.
  6. 6.Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If you do not see the service

Switch to another Google account if you use more than one.
Check your email receipts to confirm which account was charged.
If there is no Play billing record, the provider may have billed you directly instead.

After you cancel

Save the confirmation email or screenshot.
Note the access end date so you know when the service actually stops.
Check whether there is a cheaper plan before you leave.

FAQ

Can I cancel a Google Play subscription on the provider site?

Usually no. If Google Play is the billing platform, the cancellation normally needs to happen inside Google Play or your Google account.

Will I get a refund?

Not automatically. Refund eligibility depends on timing, region, and Google Play policy, so cancellation and refunds are separate questions.

Why is the subscription not listed?

The most common reasons are the wrong Google account, a different billing method, or an already canceled plan that is still active until the end date.

Rynlo does not cancel subscriptions for you. Google Play screens can move around, so follow the latest Google billing prompts if the labels look different.
