How to cancel a subscription through Roku
Roku-billed subscriptions often have to be canceled through Roku itself, even if you mostly watch in the provider app.
Cancel on Roku
- 1.Sign in to your Roku account online or open subscription settings on your Roku device.
- 2.Find the active subscription list.
- 3.Choose the service you want to stop.
- 4.Select Turn off auto-renew or Cancel subscription.
- 5.Review the last day of access.
- 6.Save the confirmation screen or email.
If the service does not appear
• The provider may bill you directly instead of through Roku.
• Check your email receipt to see whether Roku was the merchant of record.
• Try the service website if Roku does not show an active subscription.
What to check before the next cycle
• Confirm the provider app still matches the cancellation timing shown by Roku.
